Please read these terms carefully before creating an account or playing games on ase67 — this is a binding agreement between you and us.

Introduction & Applicability
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the ase67 platform and its users. When you create an account on ase67, log in to the platform, or use any of its services, you are considered to have given your full consent to these Terms.
These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh. ase67 is an entertainment gaming platform operated under SSL encryption and fair play principles. It is important that you read this document in full for your own benefit. If you have any questions, please contact our support team.

Account Opening Eligibility
Age & Identity
To open an account on ase67, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years old — this platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
- You must be a real individual with a valid identity document.
- All information you provide must be accurate, complete and up to date.
- You must not reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited.
Prohibited Users
The following individuals may not open an account on ase67:
- Anyone under the age of 21.
- Anyone previously banned or excluded from our platform.
- Anyone registered in a self-exclusion programme.
- Officers, employees of ase67 or their immediate family members.
One Account Per Person
Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, both accounts may be cancelled and any balance held in them may be forfeited.
Account Management
Registration & Verification
You must provide accurate personal information when creating an account. ase67 may request additional documentation for identity verification at any time. Some services may be limited until verification is complete.
Password & Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your account secure. Use a strong password and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
Closing Your Account
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. It is recommended that you withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.
Account Suspension or Termination
ase67 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the following cases:
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Using fraudulent or unauthorised methods.
- Attempting to exploit technical systems of the platform.
- Attempting to harm other users or the service.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposit Methods & Limits
The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on ase67: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.
Withdrawal Methods & Limits
The same methods apply for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Successful requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
Source of Funds
You confirm that the funds you deposit come from a lawful source and are not connected to money laundering or any other illegal activity.
Withdrawal Conditions
Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. For withdrawals related to bonuses, the wagering conditions stated in the bonus section apply.
Bonuses & Promotions
Welcome Bonus
ase67 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500.
- Deposit ৳22,000 or more → Maximum bonus ৳15,000 → Total balance ৳37,000.
Wagering Conditions
The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = winnings from the bonus become withdrawable after ৳15,000 in bets have been placed.
Bonus Usage Rules
- Each bonus is valid once only and multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time.
- Bonuses may only be used on designated games.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn as cash — it is for gaming use only.
- ase67 reserves the right to modify or cancel the bonus programme at any time.
Bonus Abuse
Attempting to exploit the bonus system or obtain bonuses fraudulently will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be suspended.
Games & Betting Rules
Gaming Responsibility
All games available on ase67 — slots, live casino, fishing games and sports betting — are provided for entertainment purposes. Every game carries the possibility of winning and losing, and the risk of losing money is always present in gambling.
Sports Betting
The sports betting section offers the opportunity to place bets on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup and IPL), football (FIFA), kabaddi and other sports. Markets and odds are subject to change. Bets once placed generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
Technical Errors
If a technical error in the gaming software or system causes an incorrect result to be displayed, ase67 reserves the right to void that round or bet. In such cases, the bet amount will be refunded.
Fair Play Policy
ase67 believes in fair play. Using any automated bot, script or unauthorised software to play games is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately.
VIP & Loyalty Benefits
VIP Tiers
ase67 has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
- Gold — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Users can be promoted to a higher tier based on their activity and engagement.
VIP Benefit Conditions
Cashback and other VIP benefits are provided at ase67's sole discretion. These benefits are not a legal entitlement and ase67 reserves the right to modify the VIP programme at any time.
Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Ownership
All content on the ase67 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics and software — is the intellectual property of ase67 and is protected by copyright law.
Limited Licence to Use
You may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproducing, distributing or using any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from ase67 is prohibited.
Third-Party Content
The games available on ase67 are the intellectual property of various game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming and Ezugi. The names and logos of these providers are their own property.
